Responsibilities
- Be the one amongst users and community; develop expert level knowledge about our users
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify users needs and product opportunities
- Plan, initiate and develop product strategy and product roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Define key product success metrics and seek for continuous improvements
- Work closely with the engineering team in the early product definition and development phase, defining product specification and feature sets with the understanding of engineering feasibility
- Develop go-to-market strategies, core positioning and messaging schemes
- Propose budget and conduct ROI analysis
- Be an evangelist to our products
- Monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction and proactively take actions to bolster and improve both
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consumer facing product build with full cycle experience
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching the products
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- A self-starter and like to get things done
- Strong market research and analysis capability
- Adaptable and hands-on, alongside working strategically to develop the longer-term visions
- Good business judgment with the ability to be decisive with available information
