Responsibilities

  1. Be the one amongst users and community; develop expert level knowledge about our users
  2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify users needs and product opportunities
  3. Plan, initiate and develop product strategy and product roadmap
  4. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  5. Define key product success metrics and seek for continuous improvements
  6. Work closely with the engineering team in the early product definition and development phase, defining product specification and feature sets with the understanding of engineering feasibility
  7. Develop go-to-market strategies, core positioning and messaging schemes
  8. Propose budget and conduct ROI analysis
  9. Be an evangelist to our products
  10. Monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction and proactively take actions to bolster and improve both

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in consumer facing product build with full cycle experience
  2. Demonstrated success in defining and launching the products
  3. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  4. A self-starter and like to get things done
  5. Strong market research and analysis capability
  6. Adaptable and hands-on, alongside working strategically to develop the longer-term visions
  7. Good business judgment with the ability to be decisive with available information
  8. Creative, analytical, detailed-oriented
